WHO WE ARE
We are a Texoma based strength gym out of Sherman, TX. We are a very unique place compared to most big box commercial gyms. We have first time lifters all the way up to World Champions, Amateur athletes to professionals, Eighteen year olds to an 82 year old, Bartenders, Chefs, Police Officers, Accountants, Professional Fighters, Professors, Lawyers, Engineers, and so many other walks of life.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
The atmosphere is what sets us apart. When we walk through that door, we are here to build better versions of ourselves and our teammates. Yes, Teammates. We work together as a team to make each individual better than themselves. Everyone gives 100%, EVERY DAY! When someone is falling behind, the team picks them up. Negativity is a death sentence here. Let me say that again, NEGATIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! We are such a small team that the slightest amount of negativity will bring down the ship, and we won't allow it. We protected the sanctitude of our Iron Sanctuary with no compromise.
